India v Australia, first Test, day two: Matt Renshaw sent for scans on injured knee as debutant spinner Murphy takes his third wicket of the match to remove Cheteshwar Pujara
- Australia was all out for just 177 in the first innings of the first Test against India
- Hosts were 1-77 in reply at stumps, with debutant Todd Murphy the wicket taker
- Australian bowlers face big day to fight their way back into the Test match
It was one-way traffic on day one of the first Test between India and Australia in Nagpur, with the hosts rolling the Australians for just 177.
After controversially dropping South Australian skipper Travis Head to re-call Peter Handscomb, the Aussies crumbled quickly and could not recover to post a decent total.
One highlight was the debut of off-spinner Todd Murphy, who claimed the Aussies only wicket on day when he caught and bowled KL Rahul.
Now the Aussies will need more wickets and fast on day two to prevent the match from getting away from them.
