Buff Aussie tradies are spotted standing in a circle and enjoying a group yoga session on the work site: ‘This makes my heart sing’
- Tradies have been spotted doing morning yoga at work
- The workers were doing stretches in their hi-vis in Brisbane
A group of tradies have been spotted enjoying a group yoga class to kick off their work day on site.
The tradies, who were dressed in their high-vis and helmets, stood in a semi-circle at the Brisbane work site and performed each stretch in unison.
The early morning display appeared to delight those stuck in peak hour traffic with Lorna Jane Clarkson, the founder of Lorna Jane Active capturing some of the moves on camera as she drove around the corner.

A group of tradies have been spotted taking mindfulness very seriously on the work site by taking part in a morning yoga class
‘Happened to drive by this on my way to training and had to share it,’ she wrote.
And thousands of people were equally as delighted.
‘I love this!’ one woman said.
‘Oh yes I’ve seen it before. Great OH&S,’ said another.
‘This makes my heart sing,’ cried a third.
Others said ‘stretching out’ is common at ‘pre-start and tool box meeting’ at worksites.
‘We do stretches at pre start every morning in the mines,’ one woman said.
‘So I worked for three years in port headland mines in Western Australia and every morning I would run 50-100 miners through a 10min stretch before heading of to work for the day,’ one woman who now stretches for a living said.

The video shows one man in the middle of the crowd showing the others which stretch to try next
‘At first it was one of the scariest things I had ever done but after a while one of the most rewarding jobs – so cool that business owners recognise the benefits of health for their employees.’
Others tagged some of the tradies in the video: ‘Your crew’s morning stretches have been noticed’.
